Pizza Dough

Ingredients: 

  • 230 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 400g flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • ½ tsp spices of the province
  • ½ tsp Italian spices    

Instructions: 

  1. If you use a bread maker, it is all rather easy. You put the liquid ingredients in and then the dry ones adding the yeast last. Set your bread maker on dough. I usually do not leave it in until the end (which is 1:50 hours with the one we own), but get it out after the first mixing and resting (about … ). If you want to make the dough by hand, add the flour into a bowl. Mix in the salt, sugar, spied and yeast. Add the water and butter. Mix by hand until well blended. Let sit for about 20 mins.
  2. Preheat oven to 175 degree C. Grease the pan you plan on using. Roll out the whole day on an oven pan or half the dough on a round pizza pan.
  3. Add the topping of your choice.
  4. Put pizza into pre-heated oven for 20 – 25 mins, until golden brown.
