Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
- 230 ml lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 400g flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- ½ tsp spices of the province
- ½ tsp Italian spices
Instructions:
- If you use a bread maker, it is all rather easy. You put the liquid ingredients in and then the dry ones adding the yeast last. Set your bread maker on dough. I usually do not leave it in until the end (which is 1:50 hours with the one we own), but get it out after the first mixing and resting (about … ). If you want to make the dough by hand, add the flour into a bowl. Mix in the salt, sugar, spied and yeast. Add the water and butter. Mix by hand until well blended. Let sit for about 20 mins.
- Preheat oven to 175 degree C. Grease the pan you plan on using. Roll out the whole day on an oven pan or half the dough on a round pizza pan.
- Add the topping of your choice.
- Put pizza into pre-heated oven for 20 – 25 mins, until golden brown.
