Pancakes a la Selina
Ingredients:
- 600g flour
- 600ml milk (if you like them thinnner, please add 50-100ml more milk)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- In a pan, add butter and bake the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Additional:
As this is a rather *neutral* pancake, it goes well with apple sauce, syrup, cheese and ham, pudding, whiped cream, fruits etc.
