Hamburgers a la Selina
Ingrediens:
- 500g ground meat (I use 40% beef and 60% pork)
- 50g bread crumbs, unseasoned
- 1 egg
- Pepper, salt, paprika, Italian herbs (possible: garlic powder, oregano etc.)
- Add meat into a bowl. Measure 50g bread crumbs and add them to the meat.
- Add egg. Add spices to your own taste. I always just *throw* them in without using any utensils. Mix everything with your hands until well-blended.
- Turn on oven at 160° degree.
- Make 5-6 thin paddies and put them onto a sheet. I use a silicon one, so no greasing needed. Put them into the oven for around 30 mins.
If you do not like the oven cooking, you can also add three spoons of butter into a frying pan and put the paddies in here. Cook at medium heat until the inside is done.
