Selina’s craft world

a very toast bread like bread. Good for toasting and making sandwiches.  

Ingredients: 

• 100ml cold water
• 250ml cold milk
• 1 tbs salt
• 1 tbs sugar
• 500g flour
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 tsb Mondamin
• 1 tsb butter

  Instructions: 

1. Add all ingredients into the bread maker from top to bottom of the list in that order. Set bread maker on white bread setting which should take around 4 hours, including 22 mins preheating at the beginning.
