Cupcakes

My favourite ones – fast and easy to do, yummy to eat J

Ingredients:  

  • 375 g all-purpose flour
  • 300 g white sugar
  • 70 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 table spoon baking soda
  • 1 table spoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 235 ml milk
  • 235 ml water
  • 235 ml vegetable oil
  • 2-3 drops  vanilla extract

 Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C or 175 degree C for fan-assisted). Line muffin cups with paper liners or use muffin pan with greased foil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour in the eggs, milk, water, oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well. Fill each muffin cup about half-full of batter.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.

 Additionally:
-         top with chocolate icing
