Cupcakes
My favourite ones – fast and easy to do, yummy to eat J
Ingredients:
- 375 g all-purpose flour
- 300 g white sugar
- 70 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 table spoon baking soda
- 1 table spoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 235 ml milk
- 235 ml water
- 235 ml vegetable oil
- 2-3 drops vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C or 175 degree C for fan-assisted). Line muffin cups with paper liners or use muffin pan with greased foil.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour in the eggs, milk, water, oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well. Fill each muffin cup about half-full of batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
