Ingredients
- 3 tbs butter
- 100g cooked ham, cut into little pieces
- 1 cup uncooked potatoes, cut into little cube
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbs milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbs water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbs butter over medium heat. Add potato, let cook while stirring every now and then. When potatoes are cooked and have a golden colour, add ham. Let it sit for about 3-5 mins. Stir in the cheese and milk and let cook until cheese is melted. Remove and keep warm.
- Melt remaining butter. In a bowl, beat the eggs, water, salt and pepper. Pour into skillet and let it cook at medium heat. When eggs are nearly set, spoon potato mixture over half of the omelet. Fold omelette over filling. Cook for another 1-3 mins. Enjoy!
