What do you do with your charts once you’ve stitched them? Do you keep them or dispose of them? If you keep them, do you organize them in a way that is different from the way you keep your unstitched charts?
Ooh, finally one that I can actually relate or answer. I keep some of the patterns I stitched and sometimes not. It always depends on how much I actually liked the pattern and if I have a great idea on how to do it again. A lot of times I traded my old patterns for new ones that I did not own yet. This is a cheap way to get new stuff 
All my patterns go into one binder, no matter stitched or not :)
How many cross stitch books do you own and how often do you use them?
Real books? I only own 3 - 3-d cross stitch, Country Garden and Stitching pretty. And - I must sadly admit - I used none of them yet. They have great patterns, but I did not come around doing one of them 
Lately, it seems that many stitching bloggers have experienced a loss of their stitching mojo. Have you ever lost your stitching mojo? If so, how did you get it back and how long did it take?
I do not think I had one yet. I am usually just not feeling like working on a certain project, but a general mojo is not to be seen - PHEW
When you stitch from a kit and use the supplied floss do you have leftovers? If so, how much and what do you do with them? If not, do you usually have just enough or do you have to dig into your stash to finish?
I usually have lots of left overs. I guess I am an economic stitcher or something. I can’t tell how much it is in per cent, depends on the kit and all. Dimensions floss supply is really more than enough :) This left over floss is used for cards, letters or other small things. Also when I just need a little bit of a colour in a bigger design. No need to waste money if there’s a chance to help it
