Notes: I absoutely love this pattern. It was fun to knit
I am knitting this with my lovely Rhabarber Wollmeise Twin yarn - which is incredible soft. I casted on 50st and they fit fine. However, if 52 or 54 st would have been possible they would have fitted even better.

Knitted with my hand spun yarn in the colour way Eat your Veggies - Carrot. The stitches do look uneven, but after the first wash it’ll be better.

.. is all done now. They’re just wonderful. The Wollmeise yarn feels lovely on the skin and the paws are just too cute.

The pattern is actually called Guided by love, but I thought I’d dedicate it to my lovely Aireen. I am sure she’d have appreciate it. Anyway, the first sock is now done. It is my first real toe up sock I actually do like. There was an alternative construction, so the paws wander from one side to the other - which sadly does not show so well in that photo yet.

Here’s my latest finish - well, actually it was done last weekend except the finishing touch.

That’s my new project. It’s an attempted to finally get rid - in a good way - of my cheapo, horrid so called “sock yarn” that’s totally not useful for socks. I am sorry about the horrible photo, though. It does not look too bad in real.

Today was my first day back at work after two weeks off - and I survived! but I am pretty tired now. Isn’t the first day the worst after a holiday? We also had to do the big food shopping today, so that was *fun*.
Here’s the progress on my Twinkle Toes socks. I think I will be adding one (or two) more pattern repeat(s) and then add the ribbing.

Yep, I started a new project - it’s my first one with the famous Wollmeise yarn, which I hope is as great as they all say
and it’s also my first toe-up sock. I really like the colour, even though the pictures shows with more red than in real and the pattern does not really show off.

Yay, my first finish for this year - which was actually yesterday. Here are are my Dimorphous gloves. I am absolutely in love. The neat thing about them is that the red colored are inner mittens and the brown colored are outer gloves. They’re a very warm and fit quite nicely. The buttons are from when I was a kid that loved to collect buttons. One never knows what comes in handy one day

Heidi, thanks for your comment! I sent out your little package today. Hope it arrives soon and that you’ll like it.
Bev, thanks for your comment on my yellow sweater. It was not too difficult to knit and turned out very lovely.
I finished the inner gloves. They turned out lovely, but for some weird reason I have no idea of, one is bigger than the other. I was so sure I did the second one the exact same way. Either way, both fit alright and I am going to start the outer mittens soon.

I finished my cell phone cozy yesterday, but did not get a chance to take a photo. I think it turned out lovely.

Here’s the cell phone cozy I have been knitting on since yesterday. There’s only the Icord missing. And I plan on sewing the arms onto the body at one point to give it a funny pose. I do not know if I mentioned this or not, but I spun this yarn myself. It was fiber I received as prize for being part of the Tour de Fleece 2008. It’s a three plied yarn that came out at sock weight

Wow, long time no post. Every day after work, I am too tired to do anything plus I need to stay in a hotel all alone. There is no day going by without any problems. I am getting pretty tired and sick of it.
Anyway, I finally finished the hood for Rogue and am now heading to the sleeves. I think it looks really cute and the crafting turned out alright for my first real try.

I finished the body of Rogue and started with the hat. As expected, it turned out a bit too tight around my stomach. Maybe blocking will help it. Snoopy, of course, had to check it out and make sure it was knitted to his agreement.

I am not doing so well - besides being sick. Why is it always when one part of life goes alright, there are others crashing down on one?
