I am still here, but I am kind of sick - mainly headaches, stomach and exhaustion. I am still not done with my thesis which drives me crazy. I did not stitch either, as I am still looking for my bug. I will update Linabear Creations next weekend.
So, now for the fun part. I got two new spindles Tuesday. They’re lovely, wonderful and totally great. I got to spin really thin yarn on them. I just love thin yarns.
And now the big deal … After being overly excited to be able to spin the kind of yarn I like, DH got me a spinning wheel off ebay - isn’t he the greatest? It’s an elder Louet S10 with single treadle. I got it yesterday and been spinning since then.
I spun the lovely yarn below - which is hand dyed with Kool Aid - has around 16 WPI and is 2 plied. I am rather proud of myself as this is my first yarn on the wheel 
Sadly the photo does not show the lovely blue tones it has. I will either try to spin more of this yarn to knit something bigger or use that skein to knit a camera bag. Not sure yet.

as planned, most of my day so far was spent stitching. And I made quite some progress and must say this is coming along great The doggy’s are so cute
I am not sure what else to do today. I did desgin a new pattern and will think about some other ones, but I stitched enough for one day 
Maybe I will knit something if I find a pattern to my liking. I’d love to start my sweater, but Snoopy is loosing hair and I’d hate those little add ons in it.
during learning for my exams and stitching, I managed to get the new launch up and ready. The biggest pain is always making those pdfs heheh. Anyway, here are the brand new patterns:

Here is the first photo of my needleroll that I am stitching with some friends on www.linabear.com/talk. There’s a little bit of it missing, which is the table cloth under the pot, but I should be able to finish tomorrow.
I added my DMC floss list to my STASH (click ). I will add the Waterlillies, too. Please check it out. I am not 100% done, but I should be able to finish it in a little bit.

.. grew a tiny little bit more today. The plan is to hopefully finish the socks/shoes till Monday and then move on to the tree. I hate stitching the tree. There are so many greens, so many stitches and so much counting involed.
I decided to stop for now as I finally have to work on models for Linabear Creations. In fact, I stitch on a series of Christmas Ornaments right now. I am using Kreiniks and DMC colour variations. It is coming along nicely. And do not worry, I did not forget about the freebie. I will get it ready tomorrow and upload it :)
Oh .. and thanks for all your comments :) I added your blogs to my bloglines and will make sure to stop by. I think the fabrics I am using is 28ct Brittney Lurex in Gold Flecked Coffee from Zweigart. Not 100% sure as I bought it all two years ago.
Here’s my little Halloween pillow. It was stitched on 32ct ice blue from Silkweaver using left over thread and glow in the dark white (for the ghost). To add to the spooky-ness I added some spider webs as a frame. It does not come out too well in the photo, but surely looks scary Pattern will be avaible this weekend on linabear.com, will make a post then
.. patchwork sock. It’s coming along fine. I started when hubby and I came back home from the foreigner department (good news, hubby gets to stay 2 years and then can apply for a permanent visa), so it knits up quick. I already have the next few socks planned. Anyway, here’s today’s progress:
As for stitchy news, I worked on a new stitchy freebie which will come out soon. It’s a Halloween quick stitch. I am still wondering if it is going to be a BB exclusive freebie or will also be avaiable in the store. Oh and yeah, we’ll be having a SAL for a needle roll on the BB. .. well, not quite yet, but closing to it. As my long time blog readers and friends know, hubby and I married on the 15th September last year. Sorry that the back dated entry has no pictures anymore, I moved the gallery recently. Photos can be seen here, btw.
Anyway, since I will be in Instanbul on the 15th September hubby and I decided to just go ahead and celebrate tomorrow. We went out to buy gifts after we set the limit. The limit was rather low since money is rather tight. Soon we will be swimming in the big bucks *coughs, coughs* … Anyway, Andy picked two DVDs for himself and I got a wallet and chocolate.
Now finally on stitchy news: I have all models ready for the new release, but will have to do them in two batches. One tomorrow and one on Wednesday… not sure yet though. There will be 5 patterns on sale and one little freebie. Expect photos soon

My hands are doing better now, but still not all too well. I have a bad migraine headache and pains in my feet, so fun. It is not nice being always sick and hurty …
after 6+ hours of being down, the servers finally work again. It’s about #### time.

As for my servers being off almost all day, I finished a new model all the way. That makes 3 models for the mid-September release Only 2 or 3 more to go.
And luckily for you guys, the finishing instructions of whatever I made out of this design will be avaiable with the next batch of patterns for free. I took enough pics to put together something nice and easy to follow

I did not get to stitch yesterday at all, so I guess I am behind again. D’oh! The reason why is that hubby and I bought a bread making machine!! It’s really neat. I made a lengthy post on my myspace about how cool it is and all the things involved, so hop over and enjoy

Snoopy is having a good time today, since he came out a lot more than usual. Most of the days, he’s running around while I still sleep. When he wants to come out again, we will go to bed 5 mins later, so it never really works out. Anyway, here’s the photo .. hope you can tell which one is Snoopy…
Looks like I am finally catching up with the next releases The little preview of the design was finished today into something really nice.
the finishing of my design from yesterday is now all done. *dances around like crazy* It turned out very cool esp. since I went along coming up with the finishing rather than have a real plan. I only had an idea on how the final result should look like .. well, it’s almost perfect to my mental image 
Sadly, I will not be able to show a lovely quality photo before the release of the design, but be sure this one is worth the wait
While talking about the release of the design, I need some opinions from you. Would you rather have the finishing instructions come with the pattern (which makes the pattern a wee bit more expensive) or would you rather have the pattern and instructions seperately (which makes you having to pay for the instructions only once, esp if I design more patterns to match that finishing)? Any input would be highly appreciated.
I also have two board specials for the LBC message board ready in my head, only need the time to start them ..
