Here’s my new yarn that I talked about in my last post. It came out at around 20-22ish WPI, 2 plied, 43 grams and 164 meters. It is at points slightly underplied, but that’s ok. I think I might spin more of this yarn and make a stole/shawl/wrap our of it. I also think I might die it. Not sure.

Now that I can forget about my thesis for now, I decided to do some spinning, knitting and stitching. Not all at the same time, but I finished plying some yarn earlier and this is now drying. No photos yet. I stitched on the RR, but no photo yet.
However, here’s the photo of my Aurora Bag I am working on. I love this piece. The yarn is perfect for it. I need to knit one more pocket and then the handles.

I just sent off my thesis to the printer after a having a nervous break down yesterday (had to work 12 hours, ate nothing, drank hardly anything - do not ask). Making the final touches was a real pain in the b##t. I do hope I caught all errors and everything. Either way, it’s off now and will be nicely printed and turned into 122 pages books. I need 6 copies (one for us, one for my parents and the rest for school), which will cost a big fortune.
Tomorrow will be my day off. On Monday I will start doing the presentation and Tuesday I will pick up my books and give them to the profs.
Thanks everyone for all the lovely comments you left the last few posts
Now that most of my work is done, I will be able to comment and talk more again
Oh .. and I went the doc last Monday and got antibiotics - which is always very troublesome for me as I have allergies to 99.9% of them. So far, this time I am lucky and nothing too bad happened yet. So hopefully it’ll stay like that.
