First of all, I’d like to thank everyone for your lovely comments on my blog
I appreciate and care about each of them
THANKS!
Today was my first exam and I think I passed ok. So that’s pretty good. Only 4 more to go.
And here’s my latest project - Magaret Sherry’s Dog’s Dinner. You cannot really see that I stitched half a dog on the right of the black (ear) because it is all in white, but he’s there.

Here’s my latest happy dance, just finished the finishing
It’s my first flat fold and it came out fine

during learning for my exams and stitching, I managed to get the new launch up and ready. The biggest pain is always making those pdfs
heheh. Anyway, here are the brand new patterns:
Abstract Flower: One of my favourite. Very lovely to stitch and gives a wonderful result

Girly Clothes Line: Which girl does not want her own clothes pin bag. I surely did:

Boy’s Clothes Line: We do not want the poor boys feeling left out, do we?

Bunny Chase: Can you tell I had Snoopy in mind when designing that?

Hearts: Valentine’s Day is coming up and who would not want to stitch a little hearty gift for their loved ones? Search no more, here’s the perfect pattern

And as a special treat, we have this new freebie added to the freebie section:

Hope you like this month’s launch. As usual, if you like the patterns please consider mentioning them on your blog, BB or anywhere else. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Have you had a happy dance yet this year? If so, tell us about it! (Or just point to the entry that mentions it.) If not, when do you predict it will be?
I have had FOUR (!!!) happy dances so far. Two were cute little doggies for my dog afghan (see here and here) and two were models for Linabear Creations. I think I could finish at least one more stitchy projects. After all, there’s still a week to go before that month ends
Wow, I have a happy dance today .. totally unexpected but I guess the backstitching did not take as long as I thought
Anyway, here’s the sweet puppy

.. on that sweet puppy playing with his ball. So cute. I shall be starting the backstitching and see how far I will come. I am sure it will not be done today, but maybe before Friday

I also did learn nicely - about 2/3 done with the script
I hope to get it done soon, so I can move back to the subjects I will be questioned about first. I think so far I am not too bad in time. I have three subjects first week and with all three, I have a general idea
Today was a better day. I am about 1/4 through with script I need to know by Friday in a week. So far so good. Hope I will pass them all. Grades do not matter anymore. Just getting it done and remove this giantic burden from me.
Here’s doggy’s progress. I decided to do 3 pages of script (which sums up to 18 as I printed it rather small) and then get to stitch one thread of floss. That worked pretty fine for today. Hope to get doggy done by the weekend .. on which I also plan to update Linabear Creations.

for those who did not check the recipes yet, there are two new ones - Hamburger’s a la Selina and Golden Toast Bread” Check them out, they’re very tasty
I was not good today. I stitched too much, learned too less
Bad me. I just cannot get myself into bothering with school :(

Isn’t he coming along so cute? I so love this dog afghan project. I hope I will not be *dogged out* before it is done.

.. I learnt for my tests and stitched and baked a bread. Really pleassed.
Here’s doggy and the progress is quite much. I am so in love with the patterns, though I think the colour picks are a little bit weird. I changed the two darkest grey to something lighter as I thought it just looked too strange and stainy.

We also had some family cuddling time today. Guess the webcam is a good thing. I can always see what’s up behind me

can’t see it well since it is very light grey and white on antique white, but here’s a photo anyway.

Here’s the lovely dog that is the first of 9 (+3) that I will stitch to make a throw for my side of the bed. Isn’t he so cute? That innocent look *oh, I did not do anything. Do not be upset*

yay. It’s so cute.

What is your favorite past time while stitching? Do you just enjoy silence, listen to music/audiobooks or do you “watch” TV/movies? Do you have specific favorites you listen to/watch while stitching?
Definately watching tv. I hate silence. We watch a lot of cartoons on DVD (like Simpsons, Batman, Flintstones, Futurama, Superman etc), other shows (like Seinfeld, Star Trek etc) or movies, so stitching is a great past time. I like listening to all the stores and have a little look now and then.
