Here’s my JOB progress from the last two days. Am sick at the moment, so not much stitchy time.

Since I will not be able to finish anything else this year - or at least I doubt it - I will recap it now.
All in all, I finished 17 projects, which you can check out here. I also finished a total of 33 (30 regular and 3 freebies) models that are published and two unpublished models
That’s not too bad :)
I got to stitch some more on my Japanese box yesterday and today .. it’s coming along nicely

After my pants attack a few weeks ago, I now kindly got some more clothes - donated by mom and dad
Got 3 new shirts/sweater sort of thing, underpants and two bras. It was after Christmas sale. We saved some big bucks. One item was 4 bucks from 20, another one 9 from 30 and another one 3 from 10!!

After finishing Secret Santa and also two models (can’t show pics yet, but they’re very cute!), I wondered what to work on next. Since I have so many started projects, I figured I should continue on working with WIPs/UFOs rather than starting new things. I thought I had brought Watergarden, but I couldn’t find it so JOB came back into the swing.
I am currently working on the 2nd panel. It stitches up fast and nicely, so hopefully I will be able to finish the box soon, still a lot to stitch, though. I do not have all the colours yet that’s why there are blank spots in the grass. I also did not do any backstitching yet, as I always do that last.

I was going to show you the photo yesterday, but did not get to take one as my dad wanted to watch Christmas movies
We watched a German one with a talking Moose falling through someone’s roof, Santa had to go to the nuthouse and a hunter had a crazy house.
Dad and I picked out the frame when we went shopping yesterday. I did not add any *border* as it did not come with the frame and I think the sparkly fabrics should be shown. Hope you like it

Just stopping in to wish you all a very Merry Christmas
Here’s the view of our family’s Christmas tree including gifts while it was dark … More photos can be seen here, if you like to take a look.

Thanks to Virpi and Cheryl for wishing us Merry Christmas via the comment section of my blog. Special thanks to my dear friend Heidi for her lovely e-card
It’s been very cold lately - at least for me - and the frost made the trees and plants lovely white. I forgot my cam yesterday, but today I remembered before hubby and I went out.

If you like to see more photos, please click here. Hope you enjoy my pictures.
Santa’s all done. I will wash and strech him now. Hope the Needlepaints are as colourfast as it says

I wouldn’t have been able to do it without my dad. He kindly offered to just pick up and the three of us tomorrow rather than me having to go to get the car today
yay. Now off to do some back stitching and the beads. I think hubby and I will go out and buy a frame today. I am so excited :) It sure is a beautiful piece.

.. done with the cross stitching. It’s only missing a candle and the topping for the tree. I did not notice yet, but it seems my tree is hanging to the left of the photo. I guess Santa did not take good care setting up the tree

.. he’s so close to being done. I must admit, though, that I wish I had stitched the ornaments while I went along. They’re a pain and lots of confettis yet again
Anyway, what is left are the above mentioned ornaments, backstitching and the beading ..

I recieved my tuffet exchange yesterday, but came home late and was too tired/lazy to make a post. It was made by Chris in the UK
I love it and it was so lovely wrapped, too! Thank you for this lovely tuffet and also your pretty Christmas Card

I plan on showing only progresses on which you can actually see progress. And today you can see it as the whole head and the right piece of carpet is done - which leaves about 65% of the carpet left to stitch. I can tell you one thing, the carpet is a pain … it’s all metallics and I do not think it even looks that great in real. Ah well.
Once the carpet is done, the pattern should be done quick. There are some ornaments in the tree left and all the beads. I think being done this year is reaching possible odds
