is going now .. thanks to my dear friends for offering to help me. I appreciate it and be sure to have enough things coming up to keep you busy While talking about being busy, most of my day was spent either driving around or stitching like a maniac. The driving around resulted in some free underwear and those shoes:

Snoopy had some excitment on his own … which actually was more exciting for everyone around while Snoopy stayed calm and waited patiently for the danger to disapear:

I thought I’d be able to do everything myself - college, website, stitching, housework etc. I cannot. I need some help from a nice stitcher.

.. just not in the blog mood, with being at school and outside a lot.  Ah well, here are the news in short (they’re not many):

- I should be able to finish college in 12 months from now. Which is a semester shorter than usual as my working experience did pay off. Yay.
- Andy and I are visitor-less in summer, which is a bummer.  Hey, it even ryhms! Was really looking forward to it ..
- My stomach is being stupid again, which is no fun. This time it hurts, too.
- still working on my model and I do not think I will get it done this week

With my school shortening working out, Andy and I started making plans for the next few years. Yeah, we plan ahead, but it’s just a vague plan with the things we’d want in the next 3 years:  Andy and I finish school, I get a job and Andy maybe a better one, we save money like crazy, buy a house in our wonderful area and then have kids, a dog and a car. That’s it. If I can find a surveyor job it should be absolutely no problem to get it all worked out the way we’d like it :)

Yay!! Finally. It took so long, but I do blame the farics for it Now I will be able to send it off tomorrow

Hubby and I went on a rather big bike tour. It was about 20km (~ 13 miles) and went rather nicely. It was all rather flat and only the roots sometimes bothered us. We went to the Andreasbräu brewery in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen. It was rather nice and we ate some yummy food, I had a bear and Andy a coke. After an hour or two, we went back home and hang out here ever since

.. and this time even with a pic I told you yesterday it’s pic attack, didn’t I? I finished the cross stitching on Michaela’s UFO and now working on getting the BS done so I can send it off tomorrow. I am sure I will make it

I am happy to annouce that we do have a lovely store carrying our designs in print-out form. It’s Lekker Threads based in the UK owned by Kristina. So, if you want our first four designs in printed form, hop over to her and buy them. She also carries beautiful fibes to be used with the designs

Since it’s so un-picture-y here lately, I though that especially since Andy and I cleaned a lot lately, I can take some pics of our apartment. Somehow this pic of our dining room did not want to act the way I did, but that’s ok. You can see this and some other pics of our home right here :-)  I will be adding more soon, so one actually gets to see the whole thing

I figured it’d be nice to show at least a floss toss from my secret project while I work on it constantly.  Here it goes(with all colours, beads and buttons):

Even from the floss toss you can tell it’s a rather big, coloury project. I am working on part 5 of 10. It should be done today. The stitching should not take too long on this side, I hope. I wish stitching was as fast as designing, would have only taken a week to stitch it

I plan to release two or three patterns later today, so keep your eyes open. I have a pretty good idea which ones are going to be it I am still looking for some US stitchy store. Any suggestions?

School was ok, though English class sucks. While I understand I actually have far more knowledge than anyone else in class, I can hardly believe this: We had to listen to a little conversation and it was like:
- Hi, this is whoever
- Hi, how can I help you?
- I am calling to ask you to let your department know that if someone wants to claim expenses they need to enclose the receipts.
That’s the entire thing - and we listened to it not once, not twice BUT THREE TIMES!?!?!? Holy ###! But it came worse, for an one (1!!) sentence excercise she gave us over 10 mins. My version was I’d like to remind you all to please enclose receipts when claiming expenses. It was all we had to do. Ah well.

When I came home, I went to wash some clothes, did the dishes and cleaned about 1/2 of the apartment. Now I am so incredible tired and worn out Also my back hurts. Poor me. Tomorrow is the last school day for this week and mind you, I only go to do reports. Otherwise I’d be all off!! Can’t wait for Saturday and Sunday. Will have a relaxing time, that’s for sure.

I am a trained surveyor, so I am allowed to not do one of the two *work* semesters not. I first thought I’d not need to do this, but with my failed tests, I changed my mind and asked my trainingship to replace one of those two semesters.

I gave one person A to my papers and he signed the form. Then he told me to go to another person B, who’s the head of the department. Now, since I failed to met person B I sent him an email. He replied by saying I’d need to go to person A. Apparently, he was not aware I gave the forms to the secretary to give to him. Anyway, now he wrote another email that my work semester was passed.

Does that now mean that it I do not have to go to work? Or is my first working semester passed and he has no idea about the 2nd one yet? I am so confused.

I am having this lovely ad-banning, firewall, AV and whatever on my computer installed. And guess what? Yep, I cannot see my own banners to linabear.com, because my software thinks it’s ad and ads are to be banned. I also cannot see the banner to Top100 XS sites. The old laptop does not have such cool software, so I can see it on there and in school too.

Now something completely different .. does anyone happen to know a little, lovely cross stitch store in the US for my patterns? I am not very much into US store. I have mine in the UK from a friends blog. One in the US and I’d be all happy .. hehe.

School was nicer today, though trying not to fall asleep was quite a task. I blame it on spring tired-ness In the lunch break, we decided to lay down in the palace park and then go back to school. It was a wonderful day I love spring/summer. It always lifts my spirits and I am finally to be outside without freezing The last class was ok, so it was not too bad.

I met with hubby at the supermarket. Bought some allergy pills, pain killers and envelops. I also managed to sent off my pattern to the store We went to buy some bread and went home to watch tv I will have to stitch more on my model and work some on my report. I am also working on a follow-up for my rant post, but not sure if I will or not.
