mom: I don’t care. I will take blue.
I think it’s crazy to assume she’d not want it if the cage is blue. It’s not like she went in and said she wanted a blue rabbit cage. Makes one wonder what colour they usually sell cages in - pink with green dots? Who knows.
I am debatting with myself how to use the patterns I have been working on the last few days. While the stitching part is rather clear, I am not sure if I should finish everything the way I thought or go new ways. I will have to discuss this with my hubby and see what he thinks.
I stitched some on an UFO I have been having here since forever and which I should finally get some work done on so I can send it to the next person. It’s a mini count and the pattern is not my taste, so it takes forever to get something done, ah well:
I need some money and space and decied to *get rid* of some of my things I will never do and/or do not plan to do in near future. And if I wanted to make any of them, I could still re-buy them when having/making money. Here they go:
The Tatty Teddy kits are brand new. I have not thought of a price yet, but will see for what they go and surely find an agreement with whoever would like them. Autumn in my garden was opened, since I love looking at patterns as soon as I get my hands on them, but never used. It is around 13 USD new, so I think something between 8-11 would be fair + shipping (which is not too much for a little pattern). The Christmas fairy was a kit. I stitched it using working copies, so the pattern is in good condition. I only sell the pattern. The floss can be ordered online, I checked to make sure it’s not pointless for the one buying it.

I did not realize it was so late and I did not post anything yet. Time flies when having fun, and I surely have fun designing right now. I now finished the back and the front of my project. If you want to imagine the design, think of snow, trees covered with snow, snowflakes etc. Pretty cool, eh? I will also have to come up with some other things belonging to this project. It’s a rather difficult project finishing wise, but I am sure it will be worth it.
This also means that my last 3 or 4 patterns won’t be published with the opening of the new store. I will need some things as I do not know how long the wintery project and the team up one will take me. They’re bother challenging finishing and designing wise. Not talking about all the stitching involved.
Not too much new going on, besides that I figured one of the teachers is the father of a former class mate of mine. No kidding ;) Otherwise, I will have to work on an UFO tomorrow. It’s a pain, but I must get it done over the weekend. After this, I will model stitch the design above mentioned. I will start with the outside cover then, since the inside cover is not 100% ready to be done.
They’re currently investigating the status of my SSL. Yikes. I do really hope that the big announcement can come up soon - very soon.
nothing exciting happened at school, what a surprise. I was trying to go to the library to give back two DVDs we ranted, but they already closed by 5. I got there at 5:30. D’oh!
I just finishing model stitching another design, now only have to finish it. Maybe I can do it before we’re going to bed 
I am going to clean Snoopy now, then hanging up the washed clothes and maybe putting the dishes away, Andy cleaned. My hair is already nasty again, but I do not want to wash them now. I guess I can try to get up early and wash them in morning.
Spent a couple of hours at school doing some report work and improving my pdf files with Adobe Pro. Once home, I installed some spam preventing items to the store, so I hope that will be working out ok.
Andy and I had pancakes for late-lunch, since this was all we had here and it’s cheap. We went out to buy bread, some cokes and some cake-ish pudding thing. This stuff will keep us well-fooded until Friday. Can’t believe we made it that long without buying food. Pretty neat for us trying to save some money.
I finished over one side of my new pattern, and started the 2nd one. It’s going alright and actually lovely. Here it goes:
I can’t believe it, but I did get into something big today. It’s top secret and won’t be seen anywhere before it’s finished, so keep your eyes and ears open for the news 
I have been a busy bee today. I went to school on my bike, attended all classes and came back home. Cooked. Ate. Finished designing the front cover of the needle book, finished designing Hugs and kisses and worked some on my new bunny designed. Way to go me. I also have a design ready that should have been for a stitching book, but now I think it’d be great as a box. So I may change my idea and make a box

Andy and I came back home today. Our mailbox was ful with wonderful things. 3 DVDs, World of Cross Stitching and my birthday gifts. Very nice Judy is making wonderful books and I will be able to design outstanding things with this
With being at home, I was also able to upload 3 more patterns to the store. Working on the store is going great :) While you already can buy my patterns, the Grand Openening will be in a few days due to some small changes needed to be made … check it out and enjoy it. I also uploaded, installed and filled my works gallery. It’s not themed yet, so I will be waiting for a little while to officially give you all the link. Hopefully, I can work like crazy on Wednesday and over the weekend so everything can be finished off ;)
Now I am off to knit, stitch and/or design. Not forgetting out food and emailing ….
I got my certificate after lunch and oh boy. Been working like a busy bee ever since. The store is basically up and running. Gift certificates can be bought and used. Files can be downloaded right after payment is done. I have yet to actually pay for an item with paypal to see how/if this works, but I am sure it does. Best thing is that almost 90% of everything goes fully automated. I do not have to send out files or anything. This is very great for the times I won’t be around as much. When Andy and I will get home tomorrow, I will be adding photos and the patterns of my last few cross stitch patterns
With all the work I had to do (reformating this pc and installing/setting up the store), I only had time to knit one little bit on the bunny, sadly

last night I figured that Easter is soon and I need to do some things for the family, so I started a little bunny. I hope it will be coming out the way I hope. Here are the first pieces:
I also had to reformat, reinstall and reconfigurate this laptop. Took only half day. I just love when things like that happen and important time is wasted :-/
On the SSL front, I now got the csr and the new certificate and wait for it to be installed. I so hope it finally works once they install it. Wish me luck.
I finished the scarf today, between getting a haircut and messing with the SSL certificate issues. My haircut is nice, and it was about time to get one. The SSL thing is turning into a royal pain. I got the WHM key and csr, but the csr is missing a row or two, so now I need to wait until the host is sending it again. Once I got it, I will have to share it with the issuer and then share the certificate with the host 
so it will be a while … anyway, here’s my scarf ready (pattern and one kit will be avaiable once I finally got around with the store):
I had to take a longer nap due to migraine headache and feeling bad. Still do. Guess I am just cranky. Talk to you all later or tomorrow.
I went to look at my test and only failed because of 5 ##### percent. No kidding. I am so upset. Ah well.
I had school long, so I did see hubby 1 hour in the morning and will see him for a few mins after he comes back home from school and before we go to bed. Technically, we also see all night, but - JEEZ! - we’re sleeping then. It’s not what I call spending quality time together.
After school Vera, some others and I went to Pizza eating. Was fun, but I was tired. Must have been all the stress, weather changes and all. Either way, we had a fun time and decided to do a cocktail evening in the coming weeks. Yummy. Anyway, I did not come home before 8 PM, so I did not stitching or knitting
The last 1+ hours I spent working on my SSL certificate. It is now installed, but it still needs the servers to reboot or something in order for it to work. I had no idea it took so long and so many annoyance to get one. However, it will be working soon so yay Once it is working, I will install the shop software and do everything so maybe Monday will be a charm. Maybe wish me luck.
…. almost done by now, in fact about 7.5 out of 8 yay. It’s a fast knit (just like all knitting) and is very much fun. I hope the pattern will sell ok. Here’s the pic from the other day, in case you forgot how it looked or missed the post
Apparently, everyone who got out of college in my field this semester got a job. In fact they’re having more jobs than ppl. Now that is just awesome. Please, please, please wish me luck that I a) can write the test again, b) graduate soon and c) find a job. This would be so great. I can’t wait to be done and work. So many plans
Two survey companies actually paid us!!!! I am excited about one of them because the surveys are good and ok paid. In fact, we got 23 this time and have another 50 rolling in. So yay. I really think it’s finally going to work as the surveys get better paid. yay It surely brings in some extra cash. If you want to be refered, just let me know and I will do it
My poor legs hurt pretty bad. Can hardly walk. How fun that is Ah well. Hope it’s better tomorrow …
I signed up for the English class as I said a while ago, and D’oh! I signed up for Wednesday. But with Wednesday off, I’d rather go tomorrow with the rest of my class folks. Had to run to school and they fixed it for me. Last person who was admitted in that class. Phew!
I just realized that I did not email my two friends for several weeks!!!! Holy cow. I was so sure I did send them emails, but I guess I didn’t. Sorry Val and Heidi. I will make up for it soon *hugs*
Despite the fact no one signed up for my class I’d pushed it back to May and I am open for suggestions as for when to start it. So let me know.
oh boy, I am so tired. I could have gotten to bed three hours ago. I always hate the first days of school, when my brain is not ready to listen and understand constantly. Ah well. Turns out we have two days off a week, so YAY. That’s really awesome. And on the other days, it is not much.
I still feel a wee bit bad. Mostly back and leg related, my neck hurts, my nose is runny and my throat is sore.
I have been knitting some and the scarf is almost 75% done. I will take a picture tomorrow evening/night. It is coming along lovely. Since I will have quite a bit of this yarn left, I will offer one kit at the new store (once it’s ready). Also, I spend a few minutes designing and came up with a few lovely design for my big project. It’s coming along wonderfully

I had a little discouragement due to the fact 0 persons signed up for my class or even asked about it Surely throws back my inner will to do more knitted stuff animals for a long time … ah well
I have been working on a new XS design. Again. It’s a bigger one for a needle book. I did the border and frame, but when I went to fill it my ideas ran out. I am sure they’ll be coming back soon While trying to fill, I actually tickled a little design out of my mind that fits perfectly in those little ones I kept coming up with the last week or two. Yay
Today, I had to write up my excuse for school in order to stay in and get my degree. Keep your fingers crossed it goes through and I can write - and more important finally pass - that subject. Also, it marks the first school day. But since I am off every Monday, nothing happened. Most likely, I will also be off on Wednesday, so I am going to have enough time to work on my craft things and school. Yippy.
