Happy Dance time and more
Yesterday and today was full of party preperations. I baked a cheesecake last night. I was entirely unsure how it might work out since I had never done this recipe before. Personally, I think it’s a risky thing. Today, I was making the Mousse au Chocolate and apple muffins … and beef sauce and pan cakes. Burnt myself twice (once on the metal muffin pan and once on the fat). Don’t ask. What I really dislike are guests coming over 2 hours early (parents) or over 30 mins early (aunts, uncle, cousine). Ah well. Apparenlty everything was a big success and they all had a great time. Phew.
As for great news, I just finished the knitting part of the scarf. Yay. I will finish it up, so it can be tomorrow’s update and go on sale. I would love to keep it, but after all I can always make another one sometime
