It’s halfway to 50 …
… says my hubby. Not very funny, but true. He made me breakfast (French Toast) and I made the syrup (yummy). We went to the Zoo. It was a rainy day, so not many animals were out. Alas the picture of the day is the following:
We went back home to make lunch (Chicken Cordon Blue and mashed potaoes), took a little nap afterwards and got a lovely surprise when my friend came to bring a cake for me/us 
I got a few calls and text messages from my family (mom, dad, grandmom and 2 of my aunts) and a birthday post from my friends at Linabear.com BB. Gift-wise, Andy bought me the 3rd Season of the Flintstones, the cake my friend brought, will be getting money from my grandmom and possibly something small from my parents. That’s all …
Since Andy’s now at school, I am home alone watching the DVDs he got me. Since I am over half-way to 50 next year, I thought about what I want to acomplish the next 365 days:
- do ok in school and stay on top of things (like I am now, but a little better) with the big chance to graduate in July 2008
- putting far more work into linabear.com (esp own patterns and sell-able thingys), so we actually get money out of it to make our financial situation more stable
- keeping myself healthy and happy
- checking out possibilities for our family plans after I am done with school
Guess it’s time to learn for tomorrow’s test. Will be writing another entry when I learned some more, knitted and pick up my lovely.
