A few days ago, I figured my DS really needs a case or something. It’s getting scratches all over and things, no nice view. So I was debatting with myself whether to start or not. When I noticed I screwed up on Watergarden, my motivation for it was gone. In fact I currently rather stitch small things.
Back to the point, Andy was playing video games all day, so I went ahead I designed the front for my case today - with his help and input. Here’s a preview of the design, yet to be stitched. Hope you will like it.

As posted earlier, Andy and I went to the Zoo today. Since we both have seasonal passes, it was really cheap to go. Only needed a ticket for Andy to ride the cable car. And we actually had a ticket from last week that was still ok to use. We also decided to spend money on a boat ride, though we first did not want to due to a lack of money we currently have (mostly because of having to spend money on Tuesday)
We also went up the Lauterberg inside the Zoo for the first time since about 2 years. The sight was beautiful
Here’s a pic of us and more pics can be found here (every picture which name starts with Bild is from today):

I woke up at 4:30ish, then tried to get back to sleep but just could not make it any longer than 5:10. That sucks. I so wish I could have gotten some nice sleep. Ah well. Stomach is not really doing too well, either … I will have it fixed after the sugery. One thing at a time.
Anyway, here’s the latest community I joined. It will be a heart of some kind for stitchers. Hope it’s not all just scissors
Can’t wait for the next part. I used some brown, sparkling 32ct linen and Weeks Dye Works in the colour Blue Bonnet

Andy and I are about to head out for the Zoo, so watch for some cool zoo pics in a couple of hours
