It’s not sock related, but I had to turn my laptop back on to be able to import my emails. It’s not making any noices since an hour. It does not feel hot either. I heard that noise, though, yesterday, and it scares me. Hmm. So right now I am on 2 pcs online - pretty cool, eh? I am unsure if I should just leave the laptop on and wait to see what happens or bring it to the repair guys. I prefer the laptop so much more over my parents 6-year old pc. It’s so slow and my poor emails hardly make it into Outlook. 

Here’s my sock. It’s the first time I tried those short rows. I think it’s coming along great, but have a look yourself

I hate getting up in the middle of the night. No fun. I was so tired, I slept all the way in the train (70 mins) and then at lunch break in the car (45 mins). Work itself was fine. We actually finished it at 11:40 AM Then we took a lunch break in the car and I got a ride home. I was trying once more for the old laptop, but no success. Too bad. I miss being home.

I was too tired to stitch - and also forgot a pen to mark the areas I stitched - so I knitted on my sock. It’s coming along nicely and I will share a pic with you later today
