Selina’s craft world

As some of you know, besides a crafter I am also a huge video game fan. Not as big as Andy, though, but having a SNES myself since years.

Anyway, today was the press conference for the new Wii (Nitendo’s new platform) and here’s a little screen of Super Mario Galaxy shot for Andy (and everyone else interested) as he does not seem to be able to see it on his current pc. {Hope this works, love.}  For those who are interested, more infos can be found under Wii - Nintendo’s website

Here’s today’s progress. I was hoping for more, but Nintendo’s E3 press conference and reading blogs got me sidetracked

Work was non-exciting today. No fun .. erm … a lot fun as I got to stitch on part one of the Leporello and made some great progress. Pics will follow tonight, when I am done with stitching for the day.

I am really annoyed about the cable cars. Can’t they just leave when they’re supposed to and not 3 mins earlier? I took me almost an hour to get home, instead of 25 mins!! And I had to carry a heavy bag with food. Not to mention that it was windy and cold

I was just wondering … what do you all think of my new blog? Do you like it? Is it fine to use, read and navigate?

I was really impressed that all my blogger posts got so easily imported into WP and on my own server. So I highly recomment using WP

I think the pictures-updating might need some improvement. When uploading the stitching leporello, they’d let me show a thumbnail or a thumbnail with a link. I decided for the thumbnail with the link alas you can click on it .. but it’s the full camera size then. No good. I guess I will have to resize pics before uploading or something.

So anyway, the buttom line is that my ”new” blog is a learning process - do not wonder when it’s all screwed up one day or the other ;)
