Glasses and more
Today, I went to the optician to get my glasses finally fixed. They have been broken for like 7 days, but I had to keep using them otherwise I’d have not seen anything else otherwise. They’re fine now.
However, I also wanted to get new glasses. As for one thing, mine are always broken and they’re like 4 years old and out of style. Not to mention that the glass in there is very heavy and scratches are all over them. I picked new ones which my mom likes. I think they’re sort of - I don’t know .. weird. It’ll take some time to get used to them once I have them, which is hopefully before Christmas.
Bad news about them is that they’re like 460 bucks - ouch. That was quite a shock, but the glasses are better and lighter and everything should be better then, I hope. Where as bad news, there’s always good one, too. My eye sight only changed slightly to 4.25 and 4.50 dpt (which is 0.25 dpt per eye) within 1.5 years. Very well so. They used to get worse with a 0.5 dpt every 6 months.
Now I am off to do some stitching. Cinderella is coming along great, BUT I did and frogged the same little area like 4 times today. It is now hard to stitch, so I left it and will do it last. I doubt this ever happened to me before … hmmm ….
