Life of Snoopy

or at least I think it’s Christmas as we went to my grandparents, there’s a tree and stuff. The car drive was not too nice, so I had to rest a whole day till I was my normal self again. But coming with mom and dad is far better than having to be at home alone.

I did not get any real gifts this year. Mommy said I had that Adventskalender filled with treats which made me gain weight, so now I am on a little diet. I also have lots of toys that I hardly ever use. I did get a new bag of pellets, so I guess I got something after all.

As long as it’s not too cold, the oven will not be fired up and I can hop to my favourit spot. It’s fun, but I start liking it at our new place much better. I get to hop around the entire apartment. In my grandparents house I can only be in one room because of all the stairs and I cannot hop on the floor as good either.

.. need to be comfy, too, you know? So why should I be any exception? Ever seen sexy legs than those? Me neither.

Oh boy. I am such a lucky bun. I got a rodent Adventskalender from my parents filled with yummy treats.

This is me being shown the Adventskalender on the first day. Of course, I did not know what it is, so I was not very excited … but the pictures of the buns and other rodents were pretty neat.

After the first door was opened, I surely was super excited to see that there was actually something edible inside.

Needless to say that now I am sitting around all day waiting to finally get my treats …

I have a new favourite spot! It’s between a heater thingy and a window. I can look outside to the balcony. It’s wonderful.

I already said it in my previous post, but something is up. I know it. I can see it. I can feel it. I only wish I was being told what. There are still many boxes around.

Meanwhile I am trying to have a low profile - and look as sad as I can so someone finally let me know what the heck is up.

Sorry I was away for so long. My mommy started work on the 22nd and got sick on 26th, so she was all cranky and I stayed with her to cuddle.

Well, anyway. I wanted to tell you about something really neat. Mom’s on Ravelry, which is some kind of craft website or so, and the bunny group made a little bunny SWAP. No, I do not get SWAPed for another bun - luckily. I’d not want to travel around that much. The SWAP is for two bunny things - and I have my paws crossed that I will get at least one toy. Toys here are so hard to get, I only have a wooden ball. I think mom is getting something, too, as well as yarn.

Here’s a little teaser of the package we sent off. I personally supervisied the picking out of the bun items and approved them. Mom added some hot yarn item (or whatever) and two other things.

I do not know when I get to post again. Mom’s leaving tomorrow morning and will not get back before late on Thursday. I also believe we go to my grandparents over the weekend, but I think it started getting too cold for me to be able to spend my days outside …

Sorry for the lack of posts, but I just did not get on a laptop. Mom’s joined some crazy, weird, strange-ish knitting thingy and had to chose yarn for like days - which I do not understand. They all look alike to me. Ah well.

Today, I finally discorvered where carrots come from. I could not believe it at first as I thought they’d grow somewhere where my family in the wild can reach them, but no. They grow on carrot trees which I thought was quite amazing. I got a little of a carrot tree today instead of a real carrot. Boy, was getting the good carrot a hard work out.

After eating, I took a few naps with little bathroom breaks in between. Then we had a little fun time with dad reading me some comics - that was fun … but he stopped way too early. Why?!?!?! I wanted to hear more stories, but no such luck. I was so upset, I decided to punish everyone by simply sitting on the other couch all by myself trying to blend in with it. Almost worked, didn’t it?

Today, mom and dad tested the new camera thingy. Of course, I was the main victim. I cannot blame them for that, as I am the cutest thing around … but it gets annoying being pretty with a smile on my cute face all the time. So after me being upset, they decided to attack me from the air and take pictures like that.

Here’s a photo I enjoy a lot. I shall name it “Bunny on a Carpet looking for some Food” - isn’t that a perfect name?

I got told it was raining today so I spent all day inside. I had to explore the living room a little closer, as I never really had the chance before .. and oh boy, there are neat things. There’s a stack of fire wood right next to the carpet, which gave me a lovely tunnel and something to nibble on - what a great convenience!

After the stack, there’s a large stone thingy which I think can make fire. It’s great. I can walk till there and then turn to reach the door. I am very happy to have found this … especially because I am not to be seen there. I also saw another hot bunny behind the door.

With all the exploring I did, I had to do lots of sleeping too.

Yes, I admit it. I am a Couch Bun. I like laying on the couch and relaxing. Of course, sometimes I will be bugged with petting and stuff, but that’s ok. The couch is just so much more comfortable than my cage or the floor. Anyway, today I was laying cozy comfy on the couch, when I suddenly realized something …

Do you also see the cushion in the background that I am checking out? There are three dogs and three bears on it, but … WHAT ABOUT BUNNIES?! There’s no single bunny on them. What were they thinking?!? Nothing, that’s what. I was quite upset and went back to my cage.
